Student Programs

Leadership – a topic that much has been written and yet there is still so much to learn. The goal of Archie Care’s Leadership programs is to equip your students with critical skills they need to be successful right now. Many of these programs were written in response to what is going on around us in 2020, so this isn’t your grandmother’s leadership program. All programs will be tailored to the specific leadership population the program is contracted for.

CAN WE PLEASE PUT
THE "I" BACK IN TEAM?
Similing Team

A "good student leader" does not mean rearranging your schedule for others or putting yourself last over and over and over again. Being a good leader should start with putting yourself first - right? If you don't, who takes care of you while you're putting all your energy into leading your organization?

In this program, Archie puts a new spin on "servant leadership". Archie shows students how leaders should put their emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being first.

LEADING DURING
TURBULENT TIMES

It's hard to lead with purpose with a very volatile world outside. Students are faced with more difficult challenges and more noise to sift through.

With this interactive and engaging program, student leaders are given a framework to leadership that drives the, to focus on their most critical leadership priorities. Archie shows them how to lead with purpose, even during turbulent times.

Preparation. Inspiration. Presentation. These are the pillars for an effective and engaging virtual presentation.

In this effective and engaging presentation, Archie shows students how to reframe their preparation, retool their content, and enhance their presentation to ultimately Zoom Like a Boss.

HOW TO DO YOUR JOB AND STILL HAVE FRIENDS: IFC STANDARD'S BOARD TRAINING

Real accountability for chapters and councils is hit or miss at best. Many times, those elected to lead the IFC Standard's Board were never given the proper training for their responsibilities.

Archie's training provides IFC leaders with a roadmap for conducting effective standards board training, building a Student Conduct department, and creating an actual culture of accountability.
