Corporate Programs
Thank you for exploring the Mental Health & Wellness program options that Archie Cares can provide your company. It’s normal for managers to focus on team outputs, black & white metrics, and deliverables. But, focusing on the mental health of your employees will allow for greater productivity, higher economic success, and lower turnover rates. Each of these programs is tailored to encourage, challenge, and equip your employees to take care of themselves in order to achieve success in their work.
Program Overview
Mental health is equally as important as physical health. Well, it should be. And, shouldn't we just as concerned about our employee's mental health as we are about them managing their cholesterol?
Although you often can’t see it with your bare eyes, a mental health problem can cause serious damage to a person’s life and well-being. For us to work on mental health issues prevention, we need to first raise awareness about these problems and then teach our employees and co-workers that it's okay not to be okay.
