It's Okay Not To Be Okay

Mental health is equally as important as physical health. Well, it should be. 
 

Although you often can’t see it with your bare eyes, a mental health problem can cause serious damage to a person’s life and well-being. For us to work on mental health issues prevention, we need to first raise awareness about these problems and then teach our students that it's okay not to be okay. 

You Can't Wash Your Anxiety Away in 20-Seconds

At this point, if you've been paying attention, you know that the best practice for washing your hands is to use warm, soapy water for at least 20-seconds. Wouldn't be it be amazing if we could do that with anxiety or worry that we feel. 

That's not the way life works. But, there are ways that have been proven to help us reduce stress and anxiety in our lives.
